Purchased a Bmw 435d xdrive from Hitchin Autohaus. Being 2hrs away I spoke on the phone about the car and they answered all the questions i had to ask and also sent loads of pictures of the car before I drove down for a test drive. Bought a BMW 5 Series from these guys. Spoke over the phone and was very friendly and honest about the car. When viewing it was exactly as described and very clean which was important considering I travelled 2 hours for it. I wasn't rushed with the sale.
