Bought a BMW 5 Series from these guys. Spoke over the phone and was very friendly and honest about the car. When viewing it was exactly as described and very clean which was important considering I travelled 2 hours for it. I wasn't rushed with the sale. Happy to answer any questions and all features of the car and warranty was explained very well. Overall a pleasant experience.

I recently bought a Golf R from Hitchin Autohaus, unfortunately it developed a fault not long after bought it that definitely wouldn't have been noticed pre delivery. Haseeb bent over backwards to ensure my car was collected, repaired and delivered back to me in the quickest possible time. I could not have asked for more. Customer service at the highest level from Hitchin Autohaus, I wouldn't hesitate to buy a car from them in the future.
