My experience with these guys was amazing. I bought an Audi a4 from Hitchin Autohaus a few weeks ago and so far the car has been a dream. The whole transaction and process of viewing and buying the car was effortless. Made a private appointment and went to see the car at the garage, which was exactly as described. All the staff working were super friendly and helpful. Decided there and then to purchase the vehicle and again from start to finish was just so easy and accommodating. Thanks so much guys I absolutely love the car. Couldn't reccomended them more honestly.

We contacted Hitchin Autohaus to arrange a car viewing after 6pm when they should have been closed, only for them to call back immediately and agree to stay open until gone 8pm for us to view the car. The quality of the cars available were all great and we did buy the car on first viewing. The staff were friendly, passionate about what they do, sincere and nothing was an effort for them. We will be using this company again when looking for another car in the future as well as for servicing our cars. I cannot recommend this company any higher. Fantastic!

Bought a BMW 5 Series from these guys. Spoke over the phone and was very friendly and honest about the car. When viewing it was exactly as described and very clean which was important considering I travelled 2 hours for it. I wasn't rushed with the sale. Happy to answer any questions and all features of the car and warranty was explained very well. Overall a pleasant experience.
