What a fantastic experience buying a car from the guys at Hitchin Autohaus. Having just bought an amazing 18 plate Golf GTE, I cannot be more happier with the service I received. The guys were down to earth, genuine, and made every effort to ensure I walked out a happy customer. The price was spot on and even when I tried to negotiate a better price, I was offered a fair and realistic deal straight off the bat. We contacted Hitchin Autohaus to arrange a car viewing after 6pm when they should have been closed, only for them to call back immediately and agree to stay open until gone 8pm for us to view the car. The quality of the cars available were all great and we did buy the car on first viewing. The staff were friendly, passionate about what they do, sincere and nothing was an effort for them. We will be using this company again when looking for another car in the future as well as for servicing our cars. I cannot recommend this company any higher. Fantastic!
