We contacted Hitchin Autohaus to arrange a car viewing after 6pm when they should have been closed, only for them to call back immediately and agree to stay open until gone 8pm for us to view the car. The quality of the cars available were all great and we did buy the car on first viewing. The staff were friendly, passionate about what they do, sincere and nothing was an effort for them. We will be using this company again when looking for another car in the future as well as for servicing our cars. I cannot recommend this company any higher. Fantastic!

Purchased a Bmw 435d xdrive from Hitchin Autohaus. Being 2hrs away I spoke on the phone about the car and they answered all the questions i had to ask and also sent loads of pictures of the car before I drove down for a test drive. I recently bought a Golf R from Hitchin Autohaus, unfortunately it developed a fault not long after bought it that definitely wouldn't have been noticed pre delivery. Haseeb bent over backwards to ensure my car was collected, repaired and delivered back to me in the quickest possible time. I could not have asked for more. Customer service at the highest level from Hitchin Autohaus, I wouldn't hesitate to buy a car from them in the future.
